My name is Kate Ilott, and I am an experienced administrator who specialises in providing support to businesses from simple administration through to refinement and implementation of business processes and systems. Versatile Business Support offers administration services across Northamptonshire and beyond, working on client sites or virtually for our clients.
From an operations background, where administration, processes and systems have been at the heart of my roles, I am able to assist businesses with administration, either to provide ongoing support to businesses that want to outsource the administration, or provide ad hoc support, both or which allow my clients to focus on what they are good at, and what they enjoy doing. on developing their businesses. I offer administration services to small businesses and sole traders. I am proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs, Forms and Sheets. I can help manage CRM Systems and can help you set up an effective way of managing your customers. I offer services such as diary and email management, letter writing, email marketing, proof-reading, creating databases and CRM systems, posting on social media, travel and hotel arrangements.
